The Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council Endorses Governor Kelly for Reelection

TOPEKA – Governor Laura Kelly’s Campaign today announced The Greater Kansas City Building & Construction Trades Council has endorsed Governor Kelly for reelection. The Greater Kansas City Building & Construction Trades Council represents and supports thousands of Kansans who build and maintain Kansas’ critical infrastructure, like roads, bridges, and highways. Throughout her time in office, Governor Kelly has stood by working Kansans, ensuring that everyone has a seat at the table by appointing pro-labor leaders to boards across her administration.

 

“Governor Laura Kelly has rebuilt Kansas’ economy, bringing in billions of dollars in new investment to our state. This has ushered in an influx of construction jobs and opportunities for our members,” Greater Kansas City Building & Construction Trades Council Business Manager Alise Martiny said. “We are proud to endorse Governor Kelly and to stand by her as she continues to uplift and strengthen Kansas’ growing workforce.”
