The Trump-appointed federal prosecutor cites Governor Kelly’s successful, bipartisan leadership
TOPEKA – Former U.S. Attorney for the District of Kansas, Stephen McAllister, endorsed Governor Laura Kelly for reelection. McAllister was appointed by President Trump after serving under Derek Schmidt for nearly a decade. A respected professor, scholar, and appellate lawyer, McAllister has been a leader in Kansas for more than three decades.
“Governor Laura Kelly stands for moderate, common-sense leadership that we need in Kansas,” Former U.S. Attorney Stephen McAllister said. “She continues to bring both parties together to work towards the good of Kansas, rising above politics to do what is best.
